I don't believe they want to give it to me I will not be sending them information pertaining to personal business. I am sending a complaint.

Ok I work for a payday loan company, and have worked for them for a little over 7 months. I hurt my back really bad with my last employer and am fighting for workman's comp to be continued(I actually have a mediation on jan 21). Anyways the company I worked for we typically work alone or with one other person. Since I have had a lot of doctor's appointments, missed days becasue my back swelled up or locked up and was told not to work that day by my doctor, etc. Because of these things my attendance has been effected. Well I work in a store where I didn't have a store manager. I reported to the area manager. She told me because of my problems with my back they wanted to move me to another store. She flat out said by me moving to a different store that it would benefit the company as well as me because I would be placed in a store with more people that I could leave during the day and keep my doctor's appointment, leave if my back was hurting so bad it was difficult to move around, or whatever. Now she is telling me if I continue I will be terminated. I think this is really messed up cause I have doctor notes for everyday or half day I missed. They also pulled me out of a store in my area and put me in a store an hour away to work with me. I know the company can say whatever they want then turn around and do another thing..........but can they deny me unemployment if they flame me? No one's picking up my slack. Actually maybe in the beginning they were. I was in a store with me and one other person. That person left the company. Since I am having problems they moved me to a store that had several people that if I did miss it wouldn't effect the store. So that's why I asked the question. Where do I go from that point?

I am not looking for traditional "lenders" but personal lenders for maybe 1-2 grand. I am not interested in payday loans or anything of that sort, but a private citizen able to lend a few thousands at a time with reasonable payback terms, the faster the better. thanks.

I'm in a very confusing and complex situation. I am in the process of moving and am wanting a loan to help out with some of the cost of relocating. I've tried a bank loan but I need a co-signer. My dad can't because he is in the middle of a divorce and his financial situation isn't the best at the moment. The payday loans won't do me any good because I am unemployed right now. Well, not really a collection agency per se, and they're after one of my former friends. She was dumb enough to receive a payday loan, and now she can't make her payments. Good for her, right? Okay my cousin has this on again off again boycousin. But this time when they got back together she asked him to marry her. I got in to a bot of trouble with pay day loans a couple of years ago. I took out more than I could handle after being laid off, to pay the others I had taken out loans for, 4 in every. I paid 3 of them, and did not pay the 4th (so much going on I actually forgot about it). That was back in early 2007, now a debt recovery business has been assigned the account. They said if I don't pay $200 a month for 3 months I will be brought up on charges for writing a hot check. Now, I fully intend to pay this debt as I do owe it, but I do not have that sort of money right now and won't until I receive my tax check arrive February- do you think I can ask them to wait until then? I made an agreement with the company to pay the $200 a month but he also said to call if I couldn't make that. I don't know what to do.

I moved into his brother's apartment on sept. 7th 2008. No lease contract was signed agreeing to the any terms.just the amount of $400.00 to be paid to my brother on each of my monthly pay dates! I need financial advice badly. I currently work a part time job, but start a full time job monday.
